Open Season Small Game Hunting and Snaring Order,
(Filed November 22, 1999)
Under the authority of sections 73, 80, 92 and 114 of the Wild Life Regulations and the Wild Life Act, I make the following Order.
2. Sch. Amdt.
1. Section 10 of the Open Season Small Game Hunting and Snaring Order, 1999-2000 is repealed and the following substituted:
Modified snaring requirements
10. A person shall not snare small game in the Northwest Grand Lake Area, the Terra Nova Area and the Charlottetown Enclave Area as described in the Schedule except with a modified snaring device acceptable to the minister.
2. The Schedule to the Order is amended by adding immediately after the Terra Nova Area the following:
All that area of the island of Newfoundland bounded by a line beginning at the intersection of the Terra Nova National Park, TNNP, boundary and the north shoreline of Clode Sound, Bonavista Bay at UTM coordinates 720,554 metres east and 5,367,279 metres north;
Then following the TNNP boundary in a northerly direction to UTM coordinates 720,507 metres east and 5,370,209 metres north;
Then following the TNNP boundary in a northeasterly direction to UTM coordinates 721,554 metres east and 5,371,792 metres north;
following the TNNP boundary in a southeasterly direction to its intersection
with the north shoreline of Clode Sound,
