Designated Mobility Impaired Parking Regulations

Under the authority of section 187 of the Highway Traffic Act, the Minister, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, makes the following regulations.
Dated at St. John’s, January 31, 2012.
1. Section 7.1 of the Designated Mobility Impaired Parking Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:
7.1 A person who contravenes a provision of these regulations is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to
(a) a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $400; and
(b) in default of payment of a fine, imprisonment for not less than 2 days and not more than 10 days.
2. These regulations come into force on April 1, 2012.
