Under the authority of section 31 of the Provincial Offences Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. Section 2 of the Provincial Offences Ticket Regulations, 1999 is amended by adding immediately after paragraph (g) the following:

(g.1) a provision of the Public Health Protection and Promotion Act or a regulation made under that Act;
