Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Maloney's River, WS-S-0330, Municipality of Harbour Main-Chapel's Cove-Lakeview
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as the Maloney's River Water Supply Area, WS-S-0330, for the Municipality of Harbour Main-Chapel's Cove-Lakeview as a protected water supply area.

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Harbour Main abutted and bounded as follows:

 

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 331,299 and northing 5,248,036.

 

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 2467 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 333,013 metres and northing 5,249,811 metres;

 

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 1924 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 334,540 metres and northing 5,250,982 metres;

 

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 757 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 334,915 metres and northing 5,251,640 metres;
