S.31 Amdt. 5. Transitional NLR 13/18 1. (1) Paragraphs 5(2)(a) and (b) of the Public Procurement Regulations are repealed and the following substituted: (a) goods and services
with an estimated value of $121,200 or greater; (b) public works with an
estimated value of $302,900 or greater; and (2) Paragraphs 5(3)(a) and (b) of the regulations are repealed and the following substituted: (a) goods with an estimated value of $30,300 or greater; (b) services and public
works with an estimated value of $121,200 or greater; and 2. Paragraph 14(1.1)(a) of the regulations is repealed and the following substituted: (a) in the case of a public body referred to in subsection 5(1), the procurement is for (i) goods, services or
leases of space with an estimated value of less than $605,600, and (ii) public works with an
estimated value of less than $6,056,100; 3. Subsection 29(1) of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "him or her" and substituting the words "the head of a public body". 4. (1) Paragraph 31(1)(a) of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "him or her" and substituting the words "the chief procurement officer". (2) Paragraph 31(1)(b) of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "him or her" and substituting the words "the chief procurement officer". Transitional 5. Where a public body has issued an open call for bids or a limited call for bids before the coming into force of these regulations, the public body shall award the contract as if these regulations had not come into force. ©King's Printer |
