Community of Lord's Cove Order
under the
Municipalities Act
(O.C. 96‑170)

Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

Schedule

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Lord's Cove Order.

Boundaries

        2. The boundaries of the Community of Lord's Cove are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal

        3. Newfoundland Regulation 724/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a point at the mouth of Berry Brook on the western shoreline of Lawn Bay and then running in a generally southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline to Taylor's Bay Point;

Then running north 6,550 metres, more or less, to a point on the Three Hummocks;

Then running east 7,325 metres, more or less;

Then running south 1,975 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
