of Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Community of St. Joseph's Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Community of St. Joseph's are as set out in the Schedule. Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at a point in the centre line
of the main highroad at Then running north 70° west a distance of 7,625 metres, more or less, to a point in the centre line of the highroad joining St. Joseph's and O'Donnells; Then running west a distance of 2,450 metres, more or less, to a point on the eastern shoreline of St. Mary's Bay; Then running in a generally
northeasterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline via Salmonier
Point and Then running south a distance of 1,525 metres, more or less, to a point located a distance of 300 metres, more or less, due east of the centre line of the main St. Mary's Bay highroad; Then in a generally southeasterly direction running parallel to and at a distance of 300 metres, more or less, east of the centre line of the highroad to a point on the southern bank of the Back River; Then running in a generally southerly direction parallel to and at a distance of 300 metres, more or less, east of the centre line of the St. Mary's Bay highroad to a point at the centre of Six Mile River; Then running along the centre line of the river west a distance of 300 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.
