CONSOLIDATED Liquor Limitation Order Amended by: Under the authority of sections 61 and 68 of the Liquor Control Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Liquor Limitation Order . Liquor brought into province limited 2. An individual may, on any one occasion, bring liquor into the province from a part of Canada other than the province where (a) the liquor is physically accompanied by the individual as it is brought into the province; (b) the liquor is for the individual's personal consumption or for consumption by another individual at the first individual's expense; and (c) the quantity of liquor does not exceed (i) in the case of spirits, 6 litres, (ii) in the case of wine, 18 litres, and (iii) in the case of beer or coolers, 52 litres in total. 196/90 s2; 81/19 s1 Repeal 3.
