EXPLANATORY NOTE This Bill would repeal the Literacy Development Council Act.
A BILL AN ACT TO REPEAL THE LITERACY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL ACT Analysis 1. SNL1994 cL-19.1 Rep. 2. Crown successor 3. Commencement Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows: SNL1994 cL-19.1 Rep. 1. The Literacy Development Council Act is repealed. Crown successor 2. (1) Title to all real and personal property of the Literacy Development Council is vested in the Crown. (2) The Crown is charged with and assumes all the obligations and liabilities of the Literacy Development Council. Commencement 3. This Act shall come into force on a day to be proclaimed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council.
