Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.
ORDER
Analysis
Short title
1.
This Order may be cited as the Town of Point May Order

Repeal

Newfoundland
Regulation 777/78 is repealed.

Schedule
Beginning at the point of highest elevation on Middle Ridge;
Then running north 45° west a distance of 2,750 metres, more or less;
Then running south 63° west a distance of 1,750 metres, more or less, to the point of highest elevation on LeBeach Hill;
Then running north 9° east a distance of 1,200 metres, more or less, to a point at the mouth of a small brook which empties into LeBeach Cove;
Then running in a generally southerly direction along the shoreline to Pieduck Point;
Then continuing along the shoreline in a generally southeasterly direction to Flagstaff Point;
Then running north 48° east a distance of 1,800 metres, more or less, to the point of highest elevation of Piercey Hill;
Then running north 38° west a distance of 8,400 metres, more or less;
Then running north 30° east a distance of 5,200 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.
All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
