Confederation 75 Teachers Institute on Parliamentary Democracy
The Confederation 75 Teachers Institute on Parliamentary Democracy is a professional development and learning opportunity for educators allowing them to experience first-hand the inner workings of parliament and the broader structure of government, gain insight into the role of elected officials and exchange best practices with peers in the focal point of democracy in our province!
Participating educators return to the classroom with renewed energy to share the knowledge gained with students and colleagues, helping to increase engagement with parliament for people in areas who cannot readily visit the Legislature in person, and increase awareness respecting democracy, governance and citizenship.
